At Patty Anne Bakery, we're all about family. Our founder, PattyAnne, learned to bake when her beautiful children were growing up, who she now is passing down her recipes and techniques to her daughter Nina. When her older son Nick was little he loved cheesecake. PattyAnne decided to make her own and create her own recipe. Nick loves the original. Her daughter Amy absolutely loves the chocolate chip cheesecake and will request it every chance she can. Nina always had that special touch of baking so it was to no surprise she perfected baking cheesecakes. When PattyAnne's youngest Eddie turned 21, he wanted moms cheesecake but lives in another state. So the best she could do was pass down the recipe to Nina. Eddie said it tasted just like mom's,
PattyAnne's most pride and joy are her 3 precious grandchildren Keegan, Leanna and Greyson.
PattyAnne loves to cook. She made sure that her family was provided with home cooked meals. Including her brother Neil, who loved to stop by and grab a bite to eat. Her Bread dumplings came from her favorite Aunt Dolores. Our bread Dumplings are made from scratch and add a great side dish to any meal.
PattyAnne started baking for her family and friends, but her biggest taste testers were her veterans. PattyAnne fostered Veterans out of her home to give them a home enviroment and home cooked meals. She dedicated her life to helping others. She spent years doing palliative and hospice care for veterans so no veteran died alone, fostering children and running a k-9 rescue. and before she knew it, she had a thriving business.
PattyAnne's biggest supporter is her better half George, he encouraged her to take the next step and share her talent to the public so they can enjoy what her family and friends have for years. Today, we continue to use PattyAnne recipes and baking traditions to create our delicious treats.
